Mum-of-six dies following a collision with car

A MOTHER-OF-SIX involved in a road traffic accident in Sutton last week has died.

The 46-year-old pedestrian was involved in a collision with a car in Mere Green Road on Tuesday, January 24, shortly after 7.30am.

She was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham and was in a critical condition for several days before succumbing to her injuries. She leaves six children aged between 27 and 15. Witnesses are asked to call 0345 113 5000.
